Adolicious LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as We Get You Cited ("Adolicious," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 79 E Daily Drive #115, Camarillo, CA 93010, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Platform. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described herein.

  • Commercial Information: Service Credit purchase history, credit balance, and usage records.

  • Inferences: Profiles drawn from usage data to provide and improve Platform features.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. The Platform is intended solely for business use by adults.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Processing applications and managing accounts
  • Tracking and managing Service Credit balances and usage
  • Communicating account updates, billing notices, and platform announcements

  • Resolving disputes and facilitating chargeback defense

Submitted URLs, business information, and website content are processed by artificial intelligence systems, including third-party AI providers, to generate audits, analyses, and other Platform outputs. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and data processing terms.

4. Service Credits and Payment Data

We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors who are independently responsible for the security of cardholder data.

We retain records of Credit purchases, Credit usage, and account activity for a minimum of five (5) years for accounting, audit, and dispute resolution purposes. This data is not sold to third parties and is used solely in connection with your account and legal compliance obligations.

5. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted vendors and subprocessors who assist in operating the Platform, bound by confidentiality and data processing obligations.
  • Legal Compliance: When required by applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Credit purchase and usage records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us; however, certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes including dispute resolution and fraud prevention.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party AI services, search APIs, web scraping tools, and analytics providers to deliver its features. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and data practices. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any third-party service. We will verify your identity prior to processing your request and respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension available upon notice if required.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. Authorized agent requests must include written authorization signed by you.

10. Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of covered information. We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. To submit an opt-out request, contact us at support@adolicious.com.
